The storefront lists in-stock guitars only. If it’s live on the site, it exists — and it ships.

Most in-stock orders ship in 2–5 business days (model/location may vary). Tracking is provided as soon as the carrier scans the package.

What does “in-stock” mean?

It means the instrument is physically available and cleared for shipment. We do not list long lead-time “maybe” inventory.

Do you offer pre-orders?

No. We no longer run long lead-time pre-orders through the storefront. Inventory pages display what is physically available.

I have an older order already in progress. Where do I go?

Use the dedicated page: Support — Legacy Orders. That queue is handled separately from new in-stock purchases.

Where are Jericho guitars made?

USA Built Line: We make guitars in the USA using all U.S. products and components — built and finished entirely in the United States.

Import Line: Designed & perfected in the USA. Built in conjunction with our partners in South Korea in limited volume. Finalized, inspected and set up in the USA.

Each product listing states its origin clearly.

What does “finalized / inspected / set up” include?

Final inspection for fit/finish, fretwork evaluation, electronics function check, and a professional setup (action, relief, intonation, pickup height, and bridge/trem balance where applicable).

Returns — what’s the policy?

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. If approved, the refund covers the purchase price of the guitar only. Shipping costs are not refunded.
