We take order concerns seriously — and we handle them in a way that is clean, private, and trackable. Public threads create confusion, missed details, and duplicated effort. Tickets keep everything verified and handled in sequence.

Include your order number and the email used at checkout so we can match records immediately.

2 • Document

We keep communication inside the ticket thread so nothing gets lost and updates stay consistent.

3 • Resolve

You’ll receive a direct reply with the next step once your ticket reaches the front of the queue.

  2. Subject line: “Legacy Order — [Order #]”
  3. Include: order #, email used at checkout, current shipping address, and your question in one message.

Important: We do not process order resolution through social media DMs or public comment threads.
